Q: Do we need passports to visit
A. Yes, you need a valid passport to visit
Q. What is the local currency?
A. Since joining the EU the country is officially using the Euro as well as the traditional Leva. In reality everyone in town takes cash, preferably Leva. Some restaurants and businesses will exchange Euro for you but the exchange rate is infinitely better at the bank. There is a bank in the Resort with a 24 hour ATM where you can get Leva very easily.
Q: What should we pack?
A: We would recommend very warm clothing for winter and lightweight gear for the summer months. The resort has a pool and spa so you may want to bring swimwear. Casual evening wear is usually appropriate.
Q: What is the required length of stay?
A: One week in peak seasons, or 3 nights for the remainder of the year.
Q: Does a weekly rental always start on the same day each week?
A: We prefer you to start on a Saturday but we will be flexible about the start days.
Q: When is 'In Season' and 'Off Season'?
A: The Ski Season runs from mid-December until the end of March. The summer season from Early April until early September. Christmas and New Year, along with Spring half-term are very popular times to visit Bansko so we would recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
Q: What happens if I am delayed on the way?
A: Please call the Support Team and we will reschedule any arrangements that have been made. Contact information for the Support Team will be on your booking form.
Q: Check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in time is no earlier than 4pm, check-out is by 10:30am. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out. Please enquire.
Q; Is there maid service during our stay?
A: There is no maid service during your stay but this can be arranged for a small charge if you wish.
Q: Will I have access to laundry facilities?
A: Yes, the Resort has fully equipped laundries and they will be pleased to provide this service. Please contact Reception.
Q: Is the Apartment a good idea for a honeymoon?
A: Its a perfect choice. You will have complete privacy and we can arrange any additional services that you may require. We can even arrange the wedding on the premises on the Bell Tower Terrace!
Q: Aren't apartments more expensive than a hotel?
A: Our Apartment offers all the privacy and functionality of home, as well as the special services offered by a 5 star Hotel. For the eight people that can be comfortably accommodated in our apartment you will pay a fraction of the cost of a good hotel.
Q: Are children welcome at
A: Yes, children are welcome though we ask you to take standard precautions with children around pools and balconies.
Q: Can I drink the water?
A: Yes, the water is drinkable from the tap.
Q: Am I responsible for any damage at the apartment?
A. Yes, we will take a damage deposit from you with your payment and refund in full after you depart providing there are no additional costs such as long distance phone calls, damage, etc. You should expect to see the refund back in your account within 10 working days of your departure.
Q: Can I order provisions?
A: Yes, we are happy to arrange groceries for you. For a small charge of 10 Euros we will unpack and place items away ready for your arrival.
